  6. Usage Analytics We use Google Analytics and Umami to understand feature usage and generation performance. Generation analytics events may include the entry page, input category, selected tool or template, language, generation stage and outcome, broad failure category, text-length range, authentication state, and elapsed time. These custom generation events do not include prompts or uploaded-file contents, file names, generated mind-map content, contact details, or internal generation and attempt identifiers. Growth events are sent only to Umami. They record a broad landing-page and acquisition-channel category, validated UTM source, medium, and campaign values, generation attempts, categorical reasons for actions blocked before submission, submissions, categorical failures, completions, export formats, and the first completion recorded in this browser. They also record Google sign-in page views, starts, and completions. We keep first-touch attribution in this tab's session storage and a first-completion flag in browser local storage; neither is sent as an identifier. Umami page URLs exclude query strings, fragments, and generated-map IDs, and its tracker honors Do Not Track.
  7. User journeys and structured imports Our Umami service at analytics.molexhub.com also receives categorical steps for Markdown, JSON and CSV preview/import, editor opening, export initiation, login gates, checkout and recovery outcomes. Journey events include the current and previous step and a bounded step number. We retain the last categorical step in this tab’s session storage and reset the journey after 30 minutes of inactivity. We use Umami’s anonymous session grouping; no new account, document, request or journey identifier is sent. Export initiation does not confirm that a file was saved. These events honor Do Not Track and exclude input contents, filenames and raw error messages.
  8. Generation recovery To continue a generation after sign-in, payment, or a connection interruption, we save your input text (including text extracted locally from a file), file name, template, and mode in this tab’s session storage. Recovery expires after one hour; the draft is removed after success or when an expired draft is next read. Closing the tab normally clears session storage. This draft and its internal request key are not sent to analytics. Recovery analytics record only categorical steps such as the quota prompt, sign-in return, verified-payment return, submission, and outcome.
